Kindergarten Round Up on April 5

Kindergarten Roundup and Parent Information Day will be held on April 5 at Hoover Elementary.
This year will look very similar to last year as we combine the parent meeting and student round up. Families must sign up for a time slot on Friday, April 5.
There will be no kindergarten that day so the incoming kindergarteners can do activities with school staff while parents receive information. While the children experience a taste of kindergarten, parents will participate in a presentation about what they can expect next school year.
We have limited spots on the signup sheet so we can accommodate smaller groups during the day.
The students will head to one of the kindergarten classrooms where we’ll have staff working with the kids.
Parents will be in a separate kindergarten room where school staff will share a presentation regarding early kindergarten and kindergarten. Families will also have time to ask questions and complete paperwork.

Please keep in mind that preschool and early kindergarten will be in session this day, but current kindergarten students will not have school on April 5. However, please bring your student with you to Round Up.
