Anniversary: Cappers marked 50 years of marriage

Tom and Vicki (Hess) Capper of West Branch celebrated their 50th Wedding Anniversary on June 2, 2012.
The couple were married at the Little Brown Church in Nashua, Iowa.
Jeanene (Hess) Crow was maid of honor, Patty Sleiter bridesmaid and Debbie Hess flower girl. Jim Millice was best man, Charlie Capper groomsman and Ron Capper ringbearer.
The couple have four children, Nita (Mark) Hoffman of Parnell, Iowa, Dwayne (Angie) Capper of Solon, Iowa, Vonda (Kevin) Sullivan of Mason City, Iowa and Victor (Jodi) Capper of Basehor, Kan.; and 13 grandchildren.
The couple are retired and spend most of their time living and working on their farm and vineyard near Parnell, Iowa.
Their children are hosting a celebration on Saturday, July 21, 4-8 p.m. in rural Solon. All friends and family are invited to help celebrate at 3985 245th St. Ext NE, Solon, Iowa.
