The Eastern Iowa Outlaws took first place at the DMACC Tournament in Boone on Sunday.
The Outlaws won first in their pool, and went on to win the tournament by defeating the Charles City Comets 18’s, 25-14 and 25-11.

They then defeated the Johnston 18’s in the finals 25-20 and 25-17.

The team includes Renee Telsrow, Jordyn Akers, Emily Hasken, Ellyn Scott Miller, Lydia Hahn of West Branch, Allison Ralfs and Danielle Pettigrew.

The team is coached by Robin Akers and Teri Siers.
