Home Buying 101: Speaker coming to library March 28
by Nick Shimmin, WB Public Library · Op-Ed · March 17, 2017

The West Branch Public Library is happy to host a presentation by Liz Firmstone of Lepic-Kroeger, Realtors who will give a talk on Home Buying 101 and the USDA Rural Development Loan program coming up soon on Tuesday March 28th at 7 p.m. in the WBPL Community Room.

She will cover the basic process of buying a home for those who may be new to the process — the search process, financing options, negotiating a contract — as well as how the USDA Rural Home Loans can help.

The USDA loans can help individuals or families buy and repair affordable housing in the rural United States.
