Citywide clean up Oct. 1

The City of West Branch will host another citywide clean up 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 1, with a drop-off site at the Water Street parking lot, just south of Village Green.
There is a $10 charge for household appliances. Residents may bring unwanted items, but not commercial appliances, construction debris, household garbage, large metal items, paint or toxic waste, tires, and yard waste.
