Engagement: Harms, Velazquez to marry

Jamison Harms of West Branch and Sara Velazquez of Rock Falls, Ill., announce their engagement.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Mike and Mary Ann of Rock Falls, Ill.; her fiance is the son of Karl and Lucinda of West Branch.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Rock Falls High School and Brownmackie College. She is employed by Rehabcare as an Occupational Therapy Assistant/Director of Rehab.
Her fiance is a graduate of West Branch High School and University of Dubuque. He is employed by Jetair Inc. as a pilot.
The couple are planning an Oct. 17, 2015, wedding.
Invitations have been sent.
