UI honors several WB students

Several West Branch students were named to the fall 2014 dean’s list at the University of Iowa and two graduated recently.
Among those on the dean’s list are Mariah Elliott, who is majoring in applied human services; Kara Diemer; Anna Bruns, Natalie Slach, Moria Vaughan, Curtis Walker and Ellen Mays.
Students must earn a 3.5 grade point average on a 4.0 scale to earn a place on the list.
Also, Kelsi Fryauf earned her bachelor of science degree in human physiology and Matthew Mercer received a masters degree in mechanical engineering at the close of the fall 2014 semester.
