Letter: Kaufmann extreme for abortion vote? No way

As a pro-choice Republican woman I would like to express my feelings about the letters from David Johnson supporters concerning Representative Bobby Kaufmann being labeled an extremist for voting for the bill that mandates a doctor’s presence in the room when abortions are performed.
In my opinion, Bobby made the right choice for voting for this bill. This bill was supported by the bipartisan State Medical Board, and in the House of Representatives it was supported by both Democratic and Republican women.
Mr. Johnson labels this extreme? One of his supporters even claimed Bobby was part of the Taliban. Who is the extremist here? Thank you, Bobby, for telling us what you stand for instead of calling your opponents names. Mr. Johnson, you could learn a lot from Bobby Kaufmann.
