Football trumps city council

Due to the Iowa State High School Athletic Association schedule for postseason football games, the regular City Council Meeting on Nov. 3 has been cancelled, according to a notice from the City of West Branch.
The next regularly scheduled Council Meeting will take place on Monday, Nov. 17, at 7 p.m. in the City Council chambers.
