$2.2M HVAC upgrade includes anti-flood measures around Hoover's most delicate, important archives

The Herbert Hoover Presidential Library-Museum hired Miron Construction of Cedar Rapids for $2.2 million to upgrade its heating and cooling system and, among the smaller parts of the project, install flood-mitigation devices around the specially protected archives.
